We are close to our first-year anniversary! Hope you are enjoying this beautiful space we have specially designed to call your second home.
And after 10 months of being with Made To Move Studio, Instructor Sheryl will be leaving our cozy studio effective 7June 2023. Sheryl has played an integral role in the studio and we appreciate all the hard work. I'm sure she has established good relationships with all our clients - and will be missed! I would personally like to wish her the best of success in her future endeavours.
We are making sure that you will have minimal impact during this transition and apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. We appreciate your patience as we add in more GOOD AND NEW for the second half of the year-
NEW STAFF- Rajween and Grace
Our NEW instructor Rajween who is a fully certified and comprehensive Polestar instructor has been with us for a few weeks for her onboarding and teaching our Reformer-Based Group Classes. Some of you may have already seen her at the studio but for those who have not- do say “HI” to this woman who exudes warmth and positive energy.
Our NEW Administrative Support has also been upgraded with Grace joining as our Administrative Assistant! She has been in the background for training for about 2 months! Most of you have probably started Whatsapping her as she answers your inquiries. We allow her to work remotely from 12-6 pm so feel free to ask her anything at 88990354
NEW Group Classes are geared up for June
We are ambitious in your Pilates Exercise Programming.
We have launched 2 NEW Types of group classes to keep you on your toes.
3S- Strength, Stability and Stretch (15 credits)
This is a push class - that means, if you are usually giving your 75% every class, think of coming in at 80-90%! But don't be scared- the resistance will still be based on your existing level. We don't expect you to perform like Wonder Woman :)
Main equipment is the Chair and Tower plus small props to assist
Expect 4 classes per week with only 4 persons per class
Mat Pilates (8 credits)
One way to variate your workout is to do Mat work Exercises. You get to use your own body weight and small props to increase your core strength.
Main equipment is the mat with small props such as balls, bands and small weights
Expect weekly classes with only 6 persons per class
