This your first step.

Welcome to the start of your Pilates journey!

The Made To Move System is a 3-step approach to give you in-depth "body" knowledge. It includes -

i. postural analysis

 ii. pilates fundamentals and

iii. tailor-made exercises based on your assessment

 

​For Privates, we will start off with an Introductory Private Pilates Class where we will agree on your goals, expectations & be accountable to make sure your goals are met in 4 months or less!  You also get to consult us on how to achieve your goals and test drive our beautiful, state-of-the-art equipment!

Private Pilates/Therapy

Exclusive 1-1 Pilates Class with a qualified instructor to cater to your fitness goals. Full Pilates equipment is used.

You may also use this class for a Private Massage or Manual Therapy to release muscle tension. Same price for either a Pilates or Therapy Class.

Duet Private Class

Pilates for 2!

 

Both you and your partner will enjoy a class together with your preferred instructor. You may have a different set of exercises during the class if you both have different needs. Both needs to book  together and each person should have a duet package purchased.

Our signature class! 3 persons share 1 instructor and you all receive tailor-made pilates exercise like a private class. You get to use the full equipment - not only the reformer but the chair, ladder, tower, mat and sling suspension.

 

This class is suited for all levels as the instructor can customise the resistance and difficulty of your exercise. Recommended for Pre or Post Natal & Post Rehabilitation and those who needs that extra attention to correct their form and alignment.

NEW: ByDesign Lite

For those who need a strong Pilates foundation to kickstart their Pilates journey and  for those who wants clarity on the Pilates foundations to improve base movements. Rest-assured that the class will still be a challenge based on your fitness level. You’ll only have access to the Reformer, Barrels and Mat with small props.

Book separately. 1 person to start the class.

3S- Strength, Stability & Stretch

MTM offer strength & conditioning, and functional training - the Pilates way. We focus on a plethora of benefits such as the 3-S:

​

   - Strength and Power
   - Stability and Balance

   - Stretch and Spine Health

​

But, don't worry! Strength level is customise for each individual's performance.

​

Your 2 main equipment will be the Stability Chair and Trap-Tower, plus other support equipment.

* Minimum of 2 to start the class or convert the class MTM ByDesign Class. Max of 4 persons in class.

Pilates Singapore - Made to Move Studio Reformer Class

Reformer-Based Class
13 credits or $73/Single Class 

Reformer Class

Enjoy a resistance -based group class with a max of 4 persons. Expect a full body workout. 

​

Mat + Reformer 

Combination of resistance and body weight class in one. Max of 4-6 in class.

​

Circuit Reformer

Functional Training lead class mainly using the reformer for athleisure/sports performance. A mat/sling, tower or chair may be used as one station. Max of 4-6 in class.

​

Stretch + Core Reformer

A fusion of deep core work and stretch to lengthen those muscles to achieve tone and flexibility. Mix of mat + reformer with 4-6 in class.

* Minimum of 2 to start the class or we can convert the class MTM ByDesign Equipment Class. Classes are suited for all levels.

Mat Pilates Singapore

Mat-Based Class
8 credits or $45/Single Class 

Mat Work - Body weight exercises and small props are used for a total body tone. Suited for all levels.

​

Hatha Class - Focuses on breath, slow controlled movements, and stretching. 

 

Vinyasa Class - Expect to connect breath to the flow of movements, which tends to be set at a faster pace.

​

We are proud to provide 5mm Manduka mats, however, if you have special conditions,we encourage you to bring your own mat/ towel.

* Minimum of 2 to start the class.

  Maximum of 6 persons in class. 

  Classes are suited for all levels
