Our Signature Group Class!

Experience a tailor-made Pilates Class with only 3 persons in a group. You get the benefit of a private class & share 1 instructor using the Reformer, Chairs, Barrels, Mat, Sling Suspension & Tower.

Accountability

Assessments will be scheduled every 4 months to track your progress. Our team will make sure there's an open dialogue to ensure we are hitting your goals or even form new ones- a Bespoke Private Client Privilege.

Rehabilitative

Pilates is a powerful tool for rehabilitation. All privates 1-1 can enjoy Massage Therapy. We also use Pilates, Yoga, clinical-based techniques to rehabilitate your body for injuries, pain and Pre and Post Natal.

Collaborate

Science + Pilates can work wonders. For a transformative healing, let us speak with your doctors- such as your Osteopaths, Physiotherapist and other specialists especially you have injuries or chronic pain.

Made to Move is a beautiful new studio with a highly experienced team led by Mel Pascual. Mel is one of the best pilates instructors that I’ve had in my 8 years of practice. She has helped me make remarkable progress with my mobility and core strength which has eliminated recurrent back pain. She is eagle eyed when it comes to form and muscle activation and able adjust your position so that you get the most out of every exercise. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to address a specific issue or build a strong foundation for long-term health.
